It is called Tiny Core.

I also installed wbar (the "app launcher" it uses) on my computer at home last night.  It is very nice, and easy to configure.  All you have to do is edit the config file at /usr/share/wbar/dot.wbar and feed it the commands, titles and icons you want on the bar.
