I just started a little project of mapping open WIFI spots on Okinawa using
my new DoCoMo HT-03A Android phone.
Attached is a keyhole markup language file of all the spots I found so far.
The file can be opened with Google Earth.
You can also go to the website http://wardrivedb.appspot.com in a browser and look for Okinawa
(I am the only one doing anything here so far) to see my progress.
The only difference between viewing the file in Google Earth and the website is on the website it only shows open
WIFI spots.  The file shows both open and closed ones.

Billy,

Very cool stuff.... from time to time I find a map of people posted online by some that have done some "Wardriving" around Okinawa....

Very nice...
